Default Does Vodafone Mail actually work!?

OK,

I got all excited when I was enlightened yesterday to Vodafone Mail so I
duly hopped over and tried to register.

First of all, the site kept killing Firefox so I fired up Opera - bang
crash too.

OK, over to Internet Explorer - at least that loads the site but when I
get to the part that sends me an SMS I get an error message from
Vodafone urging me to try later.

I'm almost beginning to miss Orange!

It's just a glitch. I've been using Vodafone Mail for well over a year now,
and this is only the second time it's played up (yesterday). I find it
*very* useful. I get 'all' my voice messages come through as emails with
wave attachments. I can listen to emails on the move. And you get the proper
voice mail tape reel notification.
Try it again, because you were just unlucky!

Sorry to hear of the problems you've been having.

Working for Vodafone there has been a known fault with the Vodafone
Mail service over the last few days, although my own account appears to
be back up and running as of this morning.

If you're still having problems it's possible to email Vodafone by
going to www.vodafone.co.uk, selecting 'contact us' then email. By
including the short code FIT135 in your email this will route your
question through to somebody who'll be able to help. Should you wish to
email, please include the fault reference code: 538484423, including
the following details:

- Name
- Mobile
- ACN
- Username (e.g. Vodafone Mail email log in address)

The error message you may be getting is as follows: 'Error 20002
Username and password are incorrect'
