Default Dual SIM Android smartphones

My main number is on 3Pay but calls and texts are rather expensive and 0800
numbers are not free. For that reason I am considering obtaining a dual
active SIM android smatphone capable to take 3 SIM and another, e.g.
Giffgaff or Vectone SIM. Has anyone had experience of such phones and
could recommend one (or two)? My current phone is Samsung Galaxy W
[GT-I8150] with Android 2.3 but if buying a new phone later version of
Android would be preferred.

One of the Indian spammers is advertising a Galaxy Y Duos on every
newsgroup lately. It's quadband with different 3G bands (2 models)
depending on continent. I took a look, and the spammers are advertising
LAST YEAR'S MODEL. There is a Galaxy S III version imminent; I'd take a
serious look at that.

Galaxy S III will be too expensive. Galaxy Y Duos might be suitable if it
was current model.
