I've got a t-mobile pay as you go sim in a nokia 6822a, was a vodaphone
contract phone origionaly, and hence was set up for vodafone web browsing
thingy and all that, only just managed to get the t-mobile settings on it to
get mms and web access.
The web browsing thing is a bit naff, not sure this phone has full web
browsing or just wap type browsing, it wont load my own website because i
have a javascript encoded mailto link on the front page to cut down on the
spam bots, the phone says 'this browser dosent support javascript'
Tried another site i go on regulary, got 'this browser dosent support
frames'
so what does the damn thing support.
Anyway, i was wondering about the e-mail on the phone thing,
on the T-mobile site when you click to get the settings sent to your phone,
on the e-mail one the first question it askes is what's your e-mail
provider, and you have a list to choose from.
But i send and recieve my e-mail from my web site hosting companies server,
(GN-hosting) which isnt on the list... the list just seems to be of isp's.
Is there a way to set up e-mail on my phone when i use my web sites server?
i imagine i'll have to do it manualy, if so how???
