Default E2Save - No cheque back after three months

Hello

I got my last contract from e2save.com which was for 12 months. I got
my first and third (last) cash back as a cheque, but my second cheque
is still in dispute. Apparently they said that it was lost in the mail.
Then I ask them to cancel it so they issued a new one which would take
upto 60 days, according to them. It's been more than 60 days now and I
have not received my cheque yet. I really don't know what to do.

Anybody else have the same problem with e2save? I think I will put a
complain with Ofcom, but they usually don't look into individual cases.
But it raises their concern after so many customer have the same
problem and then they will investigate the company.

I believe they are being investigated about lost mail....if you didn't send
them the cashbacks by recorded delivery they binned it, and even the
recorded deliveries were being lost?????

In my experience the recorded deliveries to e2save and the other CPW
companies aren't signed for most of the time. I hve received several books
of stamps from Royal Mail as compensation for that.

I have been waiting 7 months for my cheque from CPW.
They said they had posted it and it was obviously lost in the post, but I
would have to wait for it to be cancelled.
Rung them various times and got excuse to wait 30 days, 60 days and 80 days.
Rung them on the 80th day, told to hold while operator spoke to customer
services. Then I was informed customer services thought I had waited long
enough and they would credit my visa card with the amount owed.
I thought at last, gave them the numbers and then I was informed I need to
allow 14 -21 days for it to appear on my card!!!!!
What a joke they are.

One of my cheques got lost and they quoted me 90 days to replace it.
This was about 3 weeks ago, so I have a long way to go before getting a
replacement cheque.

Hello

I have exactly the same problem and they told me the same thing that
they will transfer credit to my card. It has been 8 working days if I
take out 2 weekends. They told me it would take 5 working days but I
have not got it yet.

MudMuppet have you got yours now?

Cheers
