Extra phone on Vodafone

I have a contract with Vodafone @ the mo. Is it possible to get another
phone on the same account?? (I.E. Same bill, no other credit check)??

I would ring Voda to ask them, but its imposible to get through @ the
moment!!!

Yes it's possible, call 191 free from your existing phone and ask to be
put through to sales, or call 08080 408408 free from a landline.

All goes by your past payment history, usually, as long as you've paid
your last 6 months on time and your account hasn't gone into overdue
status then it should sail through, otherwise they do a seperate credit
check, depends what that comes back as then.

Thats wrong, They WILL do a credit check regardless of your past history.

No they wont. If they did I would never have got a 2nd line as I've got
3 ccj's since signing up 6 years ago.

Hi,

I work for Vodafone. Just to confirm what Charlie has said in his
original reply which I've also double checked with our Credit
Assessments department this morning. Vodafone would not perform a
second credit check for an additional number on the same Vodafone
account.

Factors that may come in to play with regards to getting an additional
number may be if the account has entered a collection process (e.g. for
non-payment) and is suspended. Other than that there would be no need
for a second credit check as all the information our assessment
department would need is available on the existing account.
