I have used
www.aardvaak.co.uk (careful with spelling, this version is
right, the animal has an R in some dictionaries) for some years now,
very occasionally, using palm pda via nokia 6310 or my laptop via dial
up modem/landline or nokia; its an 0845 number and works well. The palm
specific set up instructions were excellent. I collect mail from my
broadband demon POP3 account with no problem and access the web.
Outgoing mail has to appear to come from aardvaak but setting the reply
to and adding a footnote to the signature block means that it doesn't
confuse people. You can do all the set up from your pc, then dial in as
needed from a range of devices.
