Default Giffgaff screw up

Great. So now you can't queue goodybags any more. You have to wait until
they run out at midnight, and quickly get another one before you clock up
PAYG charges.

Or subscribe to a 'recurring goodybag'.

Neither of which are what I want.

It is O2, they always change the rules to screw the customers.

It's your fault. Giffgaff is the network run by you - apparently.

I always had issues with O2 and their customer support. Seems just like they don't care at all about their clients!

If you run the network, presumably you're able to authorise refunds
when the service falls short of what was promised.

Recurring sounds more useful than stacking, i'll find out when i get
to use it.
Giffgaff should have added it rather than substituted

If you know of a network that has more user options than
Giffgaff let me know.

You know of a network that doesn't?

They're both useful. Recurring is good if you have a card they can charge
(teenagers often don't), or if you like a contract-like system.

Stacking or queueing is useful if you want to vary the goodybag from
month to month, or not have one at all. You can stack it well in advance,
so it's pretty easy.

Of course. They cite 'technical problems'. Like lack of foresight!

But contribute the issue to the Community Forums, suggest a solutiion,
and get a handsome payback at the end of the month. Simples.
