help with the phone that is not accepting sim

Dear,

am a male from nigeria, am sheyi by name so i have a phone that
does not allow the sim i put into it so ma i want u to give me the
solution to it and am thinking to configure it out, i mean i shoulld
be using it without sim..........Thanks ma, i wish to hear from u sa
soon as possible.

Do you mean your phone does not have a Sim holder.
Or that your phone is locked to a network so you can not use
a sim from another network?

What make and model phone do you have?
