Horrible customer service in Italy

Dear all, I am struggling with Vodafone horrible services here in
Italy
(expecially regarding their Internet Box...)

Customer service number always busy, no operator id when calling, no
answers,
no explicit webmail address site to send my complaints, etc.

Is their service as horrible
up there in the UK ?
