Reasonable advise, but what is the significance of the line at the end of
your post?
One thing it certainly IS NOT is a 'quality cell phone search engine'.

Oh, and in the UK (UK.telecom.mobile - the clue's in the name) They are
called MOBILE phones, not cell phones...
