Default How to find out Orange phone number

Text 'My Number' to 450.

Works on pay monthly and pay as you go. Not seen or used it before
but I can see it being occasionally useful.

Or, if standing next to a landline with caller display (or an other
mobile) just dial that and see what number is displayed. Won't cost you
anything if the call isn't answered.

450 is the number to call the customer disservice department from a
PAYG phone. 150 is for contract customers.
