Default HSDPA / 3G+

I have just got a new phone from Orange with HSDPA / 3G+ on it, I understand
that they are still rolling it out to the major cities first but does anyone
know if if it only currently available to Business Customers or is is
available to private as well?

That's a right laugh. I tried it for my postcode and the website
states:

"Excellent 3G coverage
Your phone will work well outdoors and in most houses and commercial
buildings."

What this actually translates as is "non-existant 3G coverage.
Messages, voice calls and voicemails will be delivered randomly or
possibly not at all or could be delayed by up to 24 hours". Three SMSs
and a call from a mate still haven't arrived despite them having been
made 4.5 hours ago. The only real solution is to stick your sim in a
2G phone. Things seem to work fine then (although no SMS).
