Default K750i car audio cable

I would like to connect my SE K750i to a audio in socket in my car
stereo (I think it's 2.5mm but might be wrong, may be 3.5mm) in order
to relay phone calls through my speakers.

Is there any cable that will do this?

If so, is there one with a microphone that I can attach to my collar
(like a phone headset but with a cable rather than earplugs)?

You would need two things - a fastport > 2.5mm converter and a 2.5 jack
to 2.5 jack cable.
