Default K750i Master Reset?

I have a S-E K750i that is starting to mis-behave (It seems to reset
itself when I try to connect it to a bluetooth handsfree - the screen
flashes all white then all black a few times). With a computer I
wouldn't assume anything was wrong until a fault reappeared after a
reboot. I was wondering whether anyone has done a master reset on a
K750i and what happens. I see that there is 'reset settings' and 'reset
all' and that there is a warning with reset all that it might lose
settings that were in the phone at purchase. What might these be. The
phone is on Virgin.

Thank you for any comments or suggestions.
