I had one of these from Easymobile.
My account was in credit (with recommendations) and when closed left me with
a debit of just under £2.

I loged in and went to their webchat and they sorted it

Me too, but by phone

The balance was zero just before closure, then an automatic part bonus
withdrawal occurred; they credited it back to zero

Same here, they removed some bonuses and made my accounts negative,
called them up and the too credited both accounts back to £0.

b) doesn't give the ammount I 'owe' them

Also, live chat doesn't work for me - prolly a java issue??
