LG Shine or Samsung D840

I'm looking at getting either a LG Shine or Samsung D840 on Orange.
The phone will be used for both business and personal use... mainly
making calls and SMSs (the latter will sometimes be done by using a
program on the Mac that connects to the phoen via bluetooth), diary
and address book syncing (with Mac) and with the occasional GPRS
usage
(bluetooth across to the Mac).

Verdict on these phones? Pros, cons, etc? I've googled and can;t
really find any real comparisons between the phones.
