LG U300 Problems

Is there anyway to turn off the noise made when making a bluetooth
connection on the LG U300? Nothing seems to work and I despaired of the 3
Untechnical support a long time ago...

Also, is it possible to record voicemail messages to media without using an
external device, so that I can move it to the mini-SD simply?
