Default Micro SD Card - SPV M3100

I''ve got a 1gb SD card installed in my SPV. Having used the card for
carry Windows Media Player files for a couple of months it now shows
some 400mb is used although there are apparently no files on the
card. I've tried the clear storage function but this doesn't clear
down the card.

Has anyone any suggestions how to clear the card? - Or is it faulty?

Cheers

Thanks but how?

Do I connect the phone with the SD card already inserted, via the USB
cable, and then use My Computer? I tried this and could not see the
card in the formattng command area. I can however see the card via
Windows Explorer.

Just get a card reader (about £10 from aldi, maplin, ebay etc.).

By the way, the 'clear storage' function on the SPV M3100 does a hard
reset ie wipes all your data on the device and restores the unit to
factory settings.

Probably windows media player is syncing with it. Take the card out, put
it in a reader and format it.
