mobile internet

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting a new contract mobile, I'm not really that
bothered about having loads of minutes or texts as I don't phone or
text 'that' much but I would like to use it to access the internet at a
fairly decent speed. Would it be possible to get a nice phone with a
couple of Gb a month net access for around or under £15 a month?
