That URL still exists; the block of text I quoted is about a third of the
way down the page - just use your browser's 'find in page' or equivalent
tool to look for

which occurs several times. The block of text you quoted is there too;
that page has been designed to confuse, but the general advice that
streaming is not permitted and that there is a fair usage limit of 200MB
per month is still my best interpretation of it. What O2 atually choose
to do in practice about any particular user's usage is anybody's guess.

Ah I see the bit you quoted in the Pay & Go sections and Business sections
of that page, however the standard Pay Monthly section only features the
part I quoted. It may be that the P&G / Business terms are different but
certainly for standard pay monthly customers there is no indication that a
200Mb limitation still exists.
