Default Mobileshop Cashback Update

Payment for a voucher which expired at the end of February 2007
has,according to an e-mail I got this morning,been processed for
payment at last . payment to be sent this Friday . Going by the 60 Day
Rule it is about 6 weeks overdue .
Now I have another 2 months to wait until the final £105 is paid . I
wonder if my Small Claims Court threat a few days ago had anything to
do with this .I will never know

What was the actual date they received the claim, according to their
website? My Voucher C claim was received on Jan 31st and that has not
yet been paid.

15th February it was received .
I thought I was bad but you are much worse . 60 days after the expy
date ( I am guessing the last day of Jan) makes it around the of March
....Have you got another ..Voucher D ...in the pipeline as well. ?

My "Letter Before Action" produced exactly the same result: a promise of
payment, which then actually happened! It seems that a
reasonably-worded letter, calmly giving a date for the start of County
Court action, is the way to go.

Two more cashbacks to go (on separate contracts), and they've offered me
bloody Argos vouchers again for one of them.
