My "Letter Before Action" produced exactly the same result: a promise of
payment, which then actually happened! It seems that a
reasonably-worded letter, calmly giving a date for the start of County
Court action, is the way to go.
Two more cashbacks to go (on separate contracts), and they've offered me
bloody Argos vouchers again for one of them.
