Dear all,
Is it just me or have all the 12 month cashback deals on a 12 month
contract, or anything close to this from good old mobileshop.com vanished?

Regrettably, their financial position appears to be precarious at best.

Many of these cash back deals relied on people not claiming or not
claiming correctly and thus loosing out for the company to be
profitable. The more people who are on the ball and getting things
sorted the less viable the deals are and the more likely it is that the
companies will not be making a profit or going under.

My first Mobileshop claim last year on a 12 month contract was 3
representations.........at months 4, 8 and 12. Payment was after 45
working days (slow).

I understand that on the same contract Mobileshop now require 6
representations and payment is after 60 working days (even slower).

The maths is there for all to see............

Very good point.
However based on my last contact I do like the way they emailed me everytime
they firstly received my cashback claim and then 3 days before the money was
transfered directly into my bank account.
Since I'm going to save over £350, can't a 60 day wait and 6 claims be
justified?
Am I missing something or can anyone please recommed any other friendly
cashback companies?
