Motorola RAZR maxx V6 on Orange and Sync to Exchange

Folks,
Has any one managed to get on of these beasts to sync with Microsoft
Exchange using MotoSync tool. We have one on Orange, and it appears
that it just does not try and bring the "web session" I have defined
up. I guess there must be something wrong with the "Web session", but
manual orang supply is remarkably devoid of information, mereley
indicating which menu item to use to create web sessions. I lokked on
the Moto web site but there do not seem to be any on-line manuals for
this one. Any suggestions?
