Motorola V3x - SMS software in Thai

Hi - I live in Thailand and recently purchased a V3x in Hong Kong. The
supplied software only supports English and Chinese.

Does anyone know if it is possible to install some software that will
allow the creation/sending/receipt of SMS messages using the Thai
alphabet characters?
