Default "My Vodafone" problems.

Myself and Mrs Pops both use the "My Vodafone" service to check bills
etc, rather than get them delivered.

Over the weekend Mrs P received an email saying her latest bill was
available to view online, so she logged on via the vodafone.co.uk site
and having entered her details was presented with a screen that said -

"Register/Login

Confirm your Vodafone phone number

The following mobile number is held against your account. Click
continue to use this number. If you don't want to use this number,
click cancel.


Vodafone phone number 07*********

Cancel Continue"

She pressed "Continue" and then the below message appeared -

"Name information does not match. You can not register this phone
number"

She's contacted Vodafone today and asked what's happening and all they
did was allocate her a new password to log in, however the problem is
still occurring!

Anyone else had this problem or heard about it?

I'm still able to log on via the same bookmark without any problem.

may just be a temporary problem. leave it a few days and see.

Paper billing is free. could sign up for that and you'd have that to refer
to??
