Default N70 similar phone but quadband

My wife loves her (unlocked) N70 and is really happy with it. When in
the USA she can't use it (frequency issues) and has to resort to a Treo,
which she can't stand.
Is there a Nokia N70 equivalent which is quadband? O...it doesn't have
to be the latest and greatest (e.g. an N95 or something like that), just
the candybar type phone but can work in Europe, South Africa and USA.
Thanks

Why not just look at the likes of expansys or even the Nokia website and
discover for yourself?!

It can be confusing trying to work out what is similar to what by looking at
merchants/manufacutrers websites.
It can often be easier to ask in a newsgroup, where a knowledgable person
may be able to give a simple answer to exactly what you want to know. (that
is what they are for)
Sadly, there is also the risk that someone will respond to your question
with an unfriendly and totally unhelpful response...

Nokia have plenty of candybar quadband GSM Series 60 handsets
available.

A few examples: N73, E50, E60, 6120 Classic, E51.

Sam.

Thanks Chris - that is *why* I asked here. First-hand real-world
knowledge is way better than some manufacturer's site.
I figured someone might have had a similar experience and could give
their 2p worth!
Cheers

Thanks so much Sam! I'll look into that!
