I'd recommend going to
www.vodafone.co.uk, selecting the 'contact us'
option then email. If you leave the short code FIT135 in the basis of
the email along with a brief synopsis of your problem this will route
your query through to somebody who can contact both Vodafone's
technical team, and also Nokia, on your behalf and get back to you with
an update.
