Can someone tell me what folder structure they have on their memory card
after formatting it? I just want to check I have all the right folders
for the programs..

Actually there are a few other hidden folders and files as well, but
you can't normally see them when using the phone's file manager. If
you put the memory card into a reader and browse it on a computer you
can see what is actually there.
