N95 vs K800i

Is there any comparison?

I have a K800i and was wondering if I would benefit from the N95.
I would like a better camera, and wonder if N95 users are happy with
the quality?

Any others experienced with N95 / K800i?

Looks like £300 on eBay.

Apparently it is possible to buy the N95 for £250, locked to Orange,
on PAYG.
A friend has the k800i. The camera is very good and has the firmware
that is included on cameras.
However, the N95 does so much more - WiFi for example - though I do
believe that Orange disable some features.
