N96 software driving m crazy

the n96 software is driving mr crazy ... anybody help
me get out of this continual loop

anytime , anytime t ll tht i connect via the USB cble supllied
by phone continually tries to connect to the internet , its just continual
loop of trying to connect so the software cant be accessed

any ideas ?
