Default New Business Phone Requirement

Would greatly appreciate any advice. Having held onto a Nokia 6100 for a
couple of years I am now wanting to get the latest most flexible phone
primarily for business use. Am very much a novice as regards what's best,
but certainly a key requirement would be for good email and attachment
handling.

Carphone Warehouse suggested I consider the following:

Blackberry 8100 Pearl (keypad seems a bit tiny for email use?)

Nokia E61

O2 XDA Mini

I'm not too concerned about tariffs at the moment (though recommendations
gratefully received) but would prefer advice on the best phone for
functionality, either from the above list or others too.

Many thanks in advance.

A windows-based device. The Orange SPV-M3100 takes some beating. Also
syncs with an exchange server (if you use one) for near-as-dammit push
email (auto-syncs every 5 minutes).

Indeed.

Buggy, clunky syncing.

Look at these kinds of thing.

If the Exchange server is running on Service Pack 2 they would be able
to use 'Direct Push', which is instant.
