New member, Need help!!!!

hi all,
I'm a new member to this group I bought an xda mini from a friend and
it is in German Language, Is anyone know how to change the language to
English or reinstall the windows mobile in English on this xda mini. I
have downloaded the windows mobile as well but don't know how to do
this. Please help me. I'll be greatfull.
