Is there anywhere to buy a SIM for Nigeria whilst still in the UK please?

Why would you want to do that anyway? When you can get them there for
about 2 pounds or so. They are all over the place. When I was in Lagos
last October, I bought it and activated it right there on the street in
less than 3 minutes.

tax to pay on your return as you will only be re-importing it:-)
