Default No ansafone 'spool'

A mate of mine has an Orange Nokia phone (dunno what model sorry, but
probably an older 'non-camera' one)

The ansafone spool won't show.

I've seen here how to get rid of it, but never how to get it to work again.

Any thoughts?

If it's a non CPHS phone then it wont ever work. If it has worked and
has suddenly stopped then the symbol is stuck. Call customer services
who can refresh it.
