Generally fairly safe to buy phones from eBay. Check the Seller has got
plenty of positive feedback,
There is, of course, a risk when buying from eBay (or anywhere except an
actual shop/official retailer) that you could finish up with a
stolen/blocked/useless phone, but if you buy from a Seller with a good
'reputation' then this is fairly unlikely.
Make sure you read the description carefully too in case they state it is
for repair or parts only/it is damaged in some way etc.

Try searching here

http://www.mobilephonecontract.co.uk

Over 50,000 deals compared everyday, shows the true monthly cost of deals
from a large selection of on-line retailers.

Contract

PAYG

Sim Free

5140i direct link here
http://www.mobilephonecontract.co.uk...y.asp?hs=5140i

Also has the facility to exclude cashback deals, very useful considering the
number of mobile phone supply companies going bust!
