Afaik you will have to ask Vodafone for that.
Are you certain the phone is locked? - have you actually tried another
SIM? Some people post on here just assuming their phone is locked.
There are only 2 alternatives that I know of:-
1. A hardware mod to the phone.
2.

I have no evidence as to the efficacy of either of these alternatives.
