Nokia 9300 & PC Suite

Trying to get phone to talk to laptop using bluetooth to synchronize.
Laptop running current Windoze XP and, unbelievably, the PCSuite
software does not support the "latest" Bluetooth driver which comes
with XP and is actually dated 2002.
Strange because my previous 9300 worked OK but I had to change it for
a new one and now I have more problems. Can anybody help please?

Are you sure that you've got the latest (v 6.81) version of PC Suite?

Yes, seems OK but not in the cradle. Perhaps that only works when
power goes through cradle too.
Still experimenting.

Will check again but Nokia help line didn't query the version I have
or tell me to upgrade.
