Default O2 Bolt Ons

I dont make many calls with my PAYG mobile, but when I do make calls its
mainly to mobile on other networks.

Would it be worth getting the "Calls 50" Bolt On (50 anyone, anytime minutes
each month to UK fixed lines and all UK network mobiles) for £7.99 per month
?

That depends. A Bolt On is only valid for 30 days. If you don't make
many calls do you normally spend more than £7.99 per month.

50 mins for £7.99 still works out at just under 16p/min if you use them
all up. most networks can do cheaper than that without buying extras.
(Asda is 16p for the first 3 mins of the day then 8p/min for the rest)

If you need to stay on the O2 network the new O2 unlimited tariff has a
cross network charge of 25p/min instead of 40p/min even if you don't
spend enough to get the free O2 to O2 calls.

Tesco also use the O2 network and have some good tariffs.

799/50 That's almost 16p per min, and only valid for a month.

You would be better off with 3's Flat 12 at 12p per min,
and you can add Stretch 12 to Stretch 21 if you need more

In news:fupgv8$p8p$1@news.albasani.net,
Section 31T <sd@spamplease.co.uk> typed, for some strange, unexplained
reason:
: I dont make many calls with my PAYG mobile, but when I do make calls
: its mainly to mobile on other networks.
:
: Would it be worth getting the "Calls 50" Bolt On (50 anyone, anytime

If the number of calls you make in a month would exceed that figure, yes.

£7.99 would last me about 12 months..!

My crystal ball is having a day off.

But, really, you provide too little information for anyone to make an
informed suggestion. And, it's something you should easily be able to
work out yourself.
