O2 Jet

Doeas anyone know the manufacturer of this phone. I have one and would
like to "flash" it to another network. It takes other simms, but not
all functions are vaialble to the other network.

Typically the SIM card has some control over what menu options the
phones hides, so flashing it may not yield your desired result.

Given we dont even know who makes it, your chances of finding flashing
software anywhere are slim to zero.
