Default O2 OffPeak 1000 X-network contracts - do they include 0845/0870?

Has anything changed with O2 contracts recently? Do they still include 0845
and 0870 numbers? Might need to take out a new cashback contract.
Girlfriend living in halls has a landline put in by the local uni, but the
charge to dial out is costly and to dial in you need to phone an 0870
number. Figured this was the best way forward.

I think only certain 0870 numbers are free, but its free to ring my bank and
O2 customer service off peak. Never been charged for ringing an 0870 number
but you might just want to do a test and check your bill the first month.
