O2 Online billing is sh!te, called them last week as the wife was charged
for 50 extra text messages, but when I looked at the online billing I had 32
carried over to this month. Called them up and they said the online billing
was inaccurate and I'd not to go with what it said.
I replied with, why have an online billing facillity?
They said I'd be refunded this month, but I'd to keep track of what texting
i've done and instructed me on how to you my mobile to do it. Had to bloody
laugh.
I personally think O2 have a major problem with keep track of gprs, was
charged £82 for ~30MB I was supposed to have used the very day after my free
3 months of gprs roaming finished. Called them up and they refunded the
whole lot without me even arguing with them. How the hell can you use 30MB
of wap on a mobile, the internal memory is only 8MB????
