I ordered a Samsung U800 on a 18 month contract from O2's website around
14:53Hrs on Tuesday.
The order status page still says In Progress...
I got the order confirmation email about the same time.
Then, I get another email from O2 at the same time saying "We just want to
keep you updated on the progress of your order. Your order has now been
passed to our warehouse for processing and we'll let you know shortly if
it's been confirmed and when you can expect to receive it"
Then, at 18:53 I get another email from O2 saying "Your order is still being
processed and, if accepted, should be despatched to you within the next 5
days"
Does this mean that I have been accepted or been declined?

Post all your personal details and a contact number. I am sure someone
