O2 Pay & Go 500 free best friend mins for three months?

Does anyone know how i get this promotion? When i call the bolt on
line it says press 1 to enter my best friend number for the 500 free
mins but then does not give me the option.

It's the same when I try. I asked o2 CS but they didn't know what I was
talking about.
