O2 payandgo with tomtom 510

My k750i O2 payandgo phone itself connects with the internet ok and
bluetooth works fine with the tomtom 510 for phonecalls. But when I try to
get it to connect and download traffic updates to the tomtom the data ?
connection allways fails on the phone. Is it possible to use O2 payandgo for
this ? tomtom say the phone is compatible.

No as o2 PAYG does not allow full internet access over GPRS, which is
needed for TomTom traffic updates.

Thanks, the phone is unlocked so will another network allow me the access on
s pre pay sim ?

Yes, pretty much any of them apart from Tesco and o2 of course.

T-Mobile and Orange both are good on PAYG data
