Default O2's new voicemail service sucks...

....O2 customer service advise that you can't reset the new voicemail back to
the default network greeting, once a personal greeting has been set.

I wanted to reset it to the default greeting as they've finally removed the
mobile number that has been dialled from the standard greeting.

When I spoke to O2, they asked me to try the network code ##002#, which is
meant to reset the voicemail, in addition to the usual 1750/1760
combinations.

Regards

Can't you just use what you could use before to reset it; 1750 and 1760?
One's on, one's off, can't remember.

Worked for me, not tried 'new improved' service mind you.
