Default Odd problem with N95 8GB

When in a call, the handset speaker works intermittently, but when put on
loudspeaker, everything is heard perfectly. Is this a common problem with
this model? Who do I approach to resolve the problem?

Maybe you have a faulty handset earpiece, i've had problems over the years
with several different Nokias needing theirs replaced cos of distortion /
intermittent

It sounds like there might be a dodgy connection with the handset
speaker. Back up all of your stuff on it then take it back and get it
swapped over. If you have a Nokia Service Centre near you then take
it there.

No, I've had it about a month and I've been very careful with it. Where's
are the NSCs in the East Midlands?

Look at the Nokia website. If there aren't any around you to give a
call to then just take it back to wherever you got it from and get a
replacement.

Take a look at:
http://www.mobiles.co.uk/clubnok.htm

Lists phone number, etc, to get details of Club Nokia repair centres,
which will repair it under guarantee

In article <QIWdnT38OukU07LVnZ2dneKdnZydnZ2d@giganews.com>, please-

No it's not common. To rectify it have it serviced by you rlocal nokia
service centre, or approach your retailer about a repair.

Interesting - it seems to only work intermittently (necessitating
loudspeaker) when in calls with one person, but in the case of other people
I make and receive calls to, it works without problems.
