Off topic: in car accident camera?

This is a bit off topic but is there for sale/rent in the UK an in car
accident camera similar to the ones available in the US for mapping untoward
events on journeys?

Reason I ask here is that I have been told that some of the US cameras now
capture video and other accident details and send it via SIM to a central
database.

Yes IIRC theres one in the CPC site 'tho it takes a bit of digging to
find;!...

Interesting.
You'd want to be fairly sure your driving was ok before handing over the recording , but that could be very useful indeed in the event of a crash.
