What's with this "What is character 4 of your password?" when you phone
them? How do you do all that stuff with a BlackBerry that doesn't have
letters on the number keys :-(
You'd have thought a mobile phone company would have some foresight into
this sort of thing.
What would be wrong with "Enter where character K appears in your
password" etc.
