Default Orange charge for June bill?

I didn't download the PDF of my Orange bill which was for the month to
the 1st June.

How can I get a copy from Orange?

Is there a charge?

er... it says so on the page where you download the bills from on
Orange's website....

Fair do's, it may have changed then. Used to be £6 but was not something
one came across very often in a retail store.
