What's the cheapest tariff at Orange for Pay Monthly? I want to
downgrade and get my PAC Code ASAP.
Received a call off orange offering me a measley 10% discount on my line
rental (if that), if I stay for another 12 month contract. My current
contract is the Select 500 (£25 pm)
I said I want a free N95 because I spend £45 a month.
They said the N95 is £200 because on a Select 500, all they're
guaranteed of getting is £300 over a year!
Well. Give me an F,give me a U, give me a C, give me a K, OFF!

I just got a new Vario III (HTC Kaiser/TyTN II) on T-Mobile upgrade for
£80. My base tariff is £32.50 per month, but I get a 50% discount and
managed to retain that (still on 18 month contract). I never spend
anything outside my allowance (approx 300 minutes and unlimited data),
so the entire cost over the 18 months is just £370 - nearly £100 less
than the sim-free price of that handset.

The cheapest tariff now is £25 per month, so you should stay where you
are.

Is the Dolphin £20 tariff, as listed on the orange shop website, only
available to new customers and not downgraders then ?

I was on a Select 200 (200 mins 100 txts) and for renewal was offered
225 mins and 100 txts. Told them I wanted a Samsung G600 and they said
it would be £80 so asked for my PAC - next think I new those nice folk
in "Loyalties" (as Retentions seem to be called now) offered my the same
mins / txts for £20 a month and a free G600.

The guy I spoke to earlier this week still called them 'retentions'.

You can only migrate to tariffs available via the same channel
originally registered with, so if you signed up on the web you should be
able to move to that.
Select 500 was a retention-specific part of the now-defunct Your Plan
family, your-plan 60 was axed a long time ago leaving YP120 @ £25 the
cheapest option.

Thanks for everyone's replies. Sorry, been a bit busy with going to see
Rush around the country. So Im a bit stuck between a rock and a hard
place at the moment. Will pay to stay then, then switch in just over a
months time.
